Introduction
Under the Amar Chokh Amar Alo project, regular comprehensive eye care services are being provided at the Kunjerhat Mother and Child Welfare Centre in Borhanuddin Upazila using modern ophthalmic equipment. Services are available six days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Campaign Details
The following services are available free of charge:
- Blood pressure, blood glucose, and vision screening.
- Eye examination using a Slit Lamp and Auto Refractometer.
- Fundus imaging and consultation with a specialist eye doctor.
- Free reading glasses (for near vision).
- Cataract screening and arrangements for cataract surgery.
- Referral of patients with complex eye conditions to specialized hospitals.
